Computer / Business Related:
Introduction to Computers Get started using your computer. Novice users learn the PC components and their functions as well as the Windows operating system and a variety software programs.
Microsoft Excel Learn how to utilize spreadsheets to record data, create charts, and simplify mathematical equations. You can even use Excel to balance your checkbook, calculate interest rates or something as simple as listing who is bringing what to the next cookout.
Auto Body Repair Learn to repair damaged parts of cars and trucks such as fenders, panel, glass, and trim. Students repair by straightening, welding, filling, smoothing, grinding, and spray-painting.
Residential Wiring This electrical course involves learning basic residential wiring for lights, switches, outlets, breaker-boxes, and services.
Welding This beginners welding course involves hands-on instruction for “stick” welding and limited MIG welding.
Auto Safety Inspection Train for PA certification as a Safety Inspection Mechanic. Students to inspect passenger cars and light trucks. Course includes a written and tactile test.
Emissions Certification Train for PA certification as an Enhanced Emissions Inspector. Students learn proper techniques for performing various PA Enhanced Emissions Inspections, as well as the potential problems and hazards when conducting tests and regulations that must be followed.
Emissions Re-Certification Maintain your Enhanced Emissions Inspector certification with this course that is required every two years.
|Classes begin the week of January 23rd, 2017. All classes meet from 6 – 9 PM unless otherwise noted. A minimum of 7 paid students is required to run each course.|

|The welding course is a beginner’s course with individualized instruction based on student needs. It involves mostly stick welding. All welding students are required to provide their own personal protective equipment. (i.e. welding hood, welding jacket, pants, and gloves, safety glasses, and leather work boots)|
